Abstract: In view of the increasingly diversified situation of mechanized sampling equipment, and the trend of integrated, miniaturization and transportable characteristic of mechanized mining system was introduced. The appearance of the integrated business of coal quality comprehensive and the maintenance of mechanized sampling system, the coal sampling for belt end, integration system integrated online detection，intelligent analysis laboratory of coal quality and other emerging detection technology were described. And the integrated business of coal quality and maintenance of mechanized sampling system’s advantage. This paper focuses on the system composition, combination method and advantages of the new mechanized coal sampling equipment, such as integrated and transportable characteristic, and the concrete composition and working way of emerging technologies such as the integrated online monitoring technology and intelligent analysis laboratory. After more than 30 years of research and application, mechanized coal sampling system has entered the stage of diversification based on customization. Finally, with the individual demand of the market, the development of online detection technology and robot technology and the appearance of the integrated business, Mechanized coal sampling system will have a considerable development.
